The Salt Experiment

A few years ago my husband and I began a journey on the road to health. We began exercising more, trying to minimize the daily stresses of life and most importantly, we started to learn more about food.

Naturally, as we learned about food and how it affects our body, we started to cook 95% of our own meals. Sea salt (healthy salt) became an important part of our meal preparation and finishing. We began to order salt from other countries - mainly for their health properties. You see, the table salts we have grown accustomed to using in the United States are highly processed. Natural (minimally processed) Sea Salt, like the types you see in this collection, not only have unique flavor and trace minerals, but they have health benefits that aid in digestion, immune building, pain relieving and skin healing.

We fell in love with experimenting with Sea Salt from all over the world and we know gourmet chefs (in the restaurant and in the home) will love it as well.
